In view of the positive responses from you and some of the other Torture Victims concerned, I am willing to proceed now with the envisaged legal expertise about the global ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS TORTURE, DEGRADATION AND MUTILATION CASE.
To do so, the following would be needed:
1.) Precise witness reports of concerned victims (one summary from you and one from Ruth Gill I have got already)
2.) Five thousand euros to finance the legal expertise. As soon as those 2 points are fullfilled, we can proceed. The expertise will be written in English.
