In these days, at the beginning of the 21st Century, earthlings can be seen as a "psycho-civilized society". This does not mean that our society would especially be psychologically healthy or particularly civilized. Rather, it means that our society is overshadowed by a problem that is called Mind Control.

Mind Control "means a world in which every human thought, every emotion, every perception and every need can be controlled by electrical stimulation of the brain." (Statement of the Research Director of the CIA, 1972)

Mind Control can be carried out in two different ways: individual and global. Individual Mind Control means the systematic use of mind control technologies against individuals. It will be global at the moment when manipulators use a media that in principle reaches many - even all. These media, of course, are radio, television, computers etc., but also in the simplest case, the Earth's atmosphere, that transfers certain electromagnetic frequencies. There are as well in the world of our matrix many extremely exotic research programs, which deal with communication and human perception. There is, for example, the project LifeLog that is running under the leadership of the Information Awareness Office, a division of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It has itself set the objective, to register and monitor the perceptual flow of people from far away. This doesn’t happen for mind control purposes only, but also for research into cognitive processes in the human brain and to the development of artificial intelligence (more on this in our book, "Error in the Matrix").

Experiments on Mind Control have not only claimed the lives of thousands of animals over the past decades, but also made, in the long run, hell out of lives of a large number of people 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and this lifelong, means as long as the tormented stands the torture.

Patents for Mind Control

Is this just science fiction? It would be nice, but you're wrong. The technical means of transmitting sound directly into the brain of people have long been available. Ever since world war second, we know that certain varieties of radar and microwave can produce clicking and buzzing sounds in the minds of people. Later, these methods developed into full hearing aids, which can generate any desired audio information directly to a person's head completely bypassing the ears (for example, U.S. Patent No. 4,858,612 to Philip L. Stocklin on 8/22/1989 and U.S. Patent 4,877,027 for Wayne B. Brunkan, 31.10.1989).

In order that each of the exposed persons, only attend the message individually intended for them, of course, certain personal resonance frequencies and uses are determined. But either these technologies are not pie in the sky. Since 1976 Robert G. Malech, for example, holds a patent (No. 3,951,134) on a device that can wirelessly from a distance measure, analyze, change the brain waves of people and then restore them back into the brain. Even more modern is the "biophysical amplifier" Miranda, that a Russian arms company has developed on behalf of the Ministry of Defense in Moscow. Miranda is now also being produced in the U.S. on the basis of a cooperation agreement between the KGB and the CIA since 24.9.1999.

"Miranda" sends the requested information first with an arbitrary carrier frequency to the subject. If the body of the person does not resonate, it automatically starts an analysis leading to a gradual adaptation to the individual situation until the personal rate of the subject is found. From that moment on, the subject is helpless trapped in the hands of the person who has targeted him with Miranda.
