Psychophysical weapons
are weapons which can have an effect on the mind and body enabling change of thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
These are effected by radiation from low and high frequencies in pulsed electromagnetic fields, as well as by the use of acoustic ultrasound and infra red waves.
